Media Messengers, along with our festival outreach partners, greatly values each volunteer. We appreciate your commitment and the personal sacrifice that you make to show our city, the love of our Lord Jesus Christ. God will take note of your effort and bless you. Proverbs 19:17 " He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again."

The Lansing Bless Fest and Flow Fest will be held rain or shine, we may have a rain delay if necessary, however the event will be held.

Volunteer Goal - Commitment unto the Lord. Prayerfully consider the amount of time and the area you pledge to volunteer, as unto the Lord, Colossians 3:17 "and whatsoever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the father by him."

We still need many more volunteers for this year's festival. Volunteers can work as long or as short as they feel willing and able to. Please take a look at the following jobs and consider signing up today. Volunteers will receive a free Lansing Bless Fest T-Shirt! Thanks for your support!

3. Childrens Area

4. Hospitality Workers

5. Audio/Video Team

The Food Team is possibly our biggest need for workers. Last year we served 2,500+ meals so you can imagine this job is very hands on and quite busy. Members of the food team would help in the preparation, serving, cleaning and interacting with our lunch and dinner guests. This job can be a challenging one, yet it is one of the most rewarding. To serve any grateful festival goer is an honor but we also have the privilege of serving so many people struggling just to survive in this economy. One of our main goals is to serve the very poor, homeless men, women and families. We also provide food to anyone and that includes any festival goer, our guest musicians, as well as volunteers!...Not to mention all the fun that is shared between the team blessing others. The Set Up and Take Down Crew is a vital part to the festival. This team would be assist in helping set up tents on the Friday before the event and setting up tables and chairs on Saturday. This crew has plenty to do on the days of the event,  such as moving supplies from place to place and assisting our non-profit partners set up booths. Sign up

The Children's Area has organized games and fun activities for all ages. We're hoping to find responsible adults and teens with a heart for kids. This team is responsible for keeping an eye on the kids while interacting with them.  We're still looking for good children's workers who can help with organized ministry and games for the Sat. festival. We also have a responsible security team that helps us keep things safe for all.   Sign up

Hospitality Workers will be kind of free floaters through out the day. They will move here and there where ever needed. Hospitality workers main responsibility will be to our guests. Other job requirements include, visiting with lonely or downcast guest, helping children or elderly in need, or just moving supplies here or there. This position can basically be summed up in "see a need fill a need". Sign up

The Audio Video Team will be working with Media Messengers professionals and will be recording the performances for the event. This team may require some technical know how and/or experience, but willing volunteers are needed and we'll train you for many tasks such as, setting up stage lights, assisting audio and video technicians, video taping and catering to some of the bands needs.
